Global 9.75-Inch 2-Piece Salad Serving Set, Made in Japan

Typical Global style — understated, hygienic, seamless. They're a bit smaller than my old servers but the 9.75-inch length is actually easier to store. Salads, roasted veg, even pasta — no complaints.

Lightweight and gorgeous.

Bought this set for my daughter's housewarming. She's a Global knife devotee and immediately recognized the signature look. The one-piece stainless construction means no crevices for dressing to hide in, which she appreciated as someone who meal-preps salads daily. Both pieces feel balanced and the edges are smooth enough to serve from delicate ceramic bowls without scratching. Excellent value at the sale price.

They work fine and look nice, but they're thinner than I expected for the brand. Functional, just not as substantial as I imagined. Sale price helped soften that.

Wanted serving pieces to match my G-2 chef's knife and these fit right in. Fork tines are sharp enough to spear cucumbers and the spoon scoops cherry tomatoes without rolling them away. Been using them three months, no rust, no water spots if you dry them right away.

I love Global knives, but the fork tines on the server bent slightly when I tried to lift a dense root vegetable salad. Fine for leafy greens, but be gentle.

I host Sunday dinners for the family and these have become my go-to serving pieces. Light enough for my arthritic hands to handle comfortably, which is honestly why I bought them. The Japanese steel wipes clean and hasn't stained despite tomato-heavy dressings. My sister liked them so much I ordered a second set for her birthday.
