Airflow under the bird makes all the difference. Skin came out shatteringly crisp and the drippings collected below made a gorgeous gravy. Sturdy stainless, no rust after months.
Used it for Thanksgiving and the whole family noticed the difference. The breast doesn't sit in juices and go soggy, and cleanup was easy since it fit right in the pan. Simple product, does its job perfectly.
Well made and cleans up nicely. It's slightly smaller than I pictured, so a very large roast overhangs a bit, but it worked fine for a 14-pound bird. Drippings stayed clean and the skin crisped all over.

Works great for roasting and the drippings situation is much better than roasting directly on the pan. My only gripe is that rendered fat gets baked onto the bars and takes some scrubbing. Soak it first and it's manageable.
I put off buying a rack for years and now I don't know why. Roast chicken, pork loin, even resting steaks after the sear — everything benefits. Legs and wings don't go pale and limp against the pan anymore. Stainless wipes clean and doesn't hold odors like the old coated rack I tossed.
