This thing gets screaming hot and delivers an unreal crust on burgers and steaks. The carbon steel seasons up nicely after a few uses. The leather handle stays cool enough to grip with a folded towel, and the FSU logo is cleanly done, not some cheap sticker. My game day cookouts have officially leveled up.

Performance is excellent — paninis, bacon, smashburgers all come out better with it. Just remember carbon steel needs drying and oiling, unlike stainless. The logo detail is a nice touch and my dad (a lifelong Noles fan) was thrilled with it as a gift.

I bought this mostly for the logo, honestly, but the performance won me over. Pressing bacon flat means even crisping and no curling, and grilled cheese gets that diner-quality crunch. It has some satisfying heft without being unwieldy. I've had it two months and the surface is developing a beautiful seasoning. Every FSU household needs one.

The press itself does exactly what it promises and sears beautifully. My issue is the leather handle — I had to condition it out of the box and it still darkens with heat and moisture. Function is great, maintenance is more than I expected.

Heavy, well-machined, and the logo work is crisp. I use it on my griddle every weekend and the crispy edges on smashburgers are exactly as advertised. Seasoned it right away per the instructions and it's been smooth sailing. Shipping was fast and the price with the coupon was very fair.

The press works fine, but at my age the weight makes it awkward to lift with one hand. Wish they offered a lighter option. Quality seems good otherwise.

Got this for my father-in-law and he uses it constantly. Crispy quesadillas, perfectly pressed sandwiches, flat bacon. The leather handle has aged nicely with use. Good value at the sale price.
