Great knives, know the steel

I've owned Globals before so I knew the one-piece hollow handle design — it's light, hygienic, and takes some adjusting if you're coming from German knives. Edge retention has been excellent over four months with light home honing. The paring knife is my favorite of the set. Only wish the block included a slot for a bread knife, but that's what the sale savings are for.
