These steak knives slice through ribeye like butter. The lightweight design took one dinner to get used to, but now I prefer it to heavy steak knives. Beautiful Japanese craftsmanship and the seamless handles clean up easily. Best steak knives I've owned at any price.

The edges are fantastic and they cut steak with zero sawing. My only complaint is that the light weight feels a little flimsy at first, though I've come to appreciate it. Solid purchase at this sale price.

I know Global knives are designed light, but these felt flimsy when cutting a thick porterhouse. Quality is clearly there and they're sharp, but I returned them for a heavier set.
