No complaints about sharpness — the Cromova 18 steel is superb. But coming from heavy German knives, these feel feather-light and I overcut constantly at first. Three weeks in and I'm adjusting, but buyers should know the feel is very different. The paring knife alone is worth the set price though.
The chef's knife and paring knife are flawless. The 5-inch prep knife is the one I use least but it's still quality. They've held their edges for four months of daily cooking with just a quick hone. Docking a star only because I wish it included a storage roll.
