The Made In ProCoat 2-Quart Non Stick Sauce Pan with Lid (Graphite) is a 5-ply stainless clad nonstick saucepan crafted in Italy with a professional-grade two-layer ProCoat nonstick coating. Its main use is everyday sauce work — cooking sauces, grains, reheating soups, making custards, and simmering delicate foods without sticking. It is the best-fit pan for home cooks and serious chefs who want healthy low-oil cooking, fast cleanup, and induction-ready performance. Buy it online today for $70.65, down from the $159 compare-at price — a $88.35 savings — with an extra 10% off using coupon code EDGE10.
This pan excels at sticky and delicate foods: tomato sauce, pan sauces, rice and small grains, oatmeal, polenta, custard, reheating soups, poaching eggs, and melting chocolate. The ultra-slick ProCoat surface lets you cook with little or no oil without losing flavor.
The 5-ply stainless clad body is oven-capable, but always check lid and handle temperature limits before oven use, and avoid broiler-level heat on any nonstick surface. For stovetop use it works on all cooktops — gas, electric, and induction — thanks to the fully clad magnetic stainless base.
Most meals clean up in seconds: rinse with warm water and a soft sponge once cool. The slick two-layer ProCoat coating resists stuck-on food, so no soaking or scouring is needed. Avoid aerosol cooking sprays and metal utensils to maximize coating life.
The stainless clad base with two layers of professional nonstick coating lasts up to 70x longer than ceramic cookware, resisting the flaking that shortens the life of cheaper nonstick pans. Crafted in Italy from domestic and imported components and trusted by the world's finest chefs.

Four months in and the ProCoat surface still releases eggs like the day it arrived. The 5-ply construction heats evenly with zero hot spots, and the lid fits snugly. Hand wash only and it'll last, I'm convinced.
Heats fast, cooks sauces without scorching, and cleanup is a rinse. Just don't use high heat or metal utensils — a neighbor ruined hers that way. Mine still looks new following the instructions.
The 2-quart is ideal for rice for two and reheating soups. Nothing sticks. Love it.
Performance is solid — even heating, comfortable handle, nice lid. But after six weeks I'm seeing light marks in the coating despite only using silicone tools and medium heat. Still nonstick, just not sure about long-term durability at this price.
I've burned through cheap nonstick pans every 18 months for a decade and finally decided to invest. The difference is immediately obvious — the pan feels dense and serious, the handle stays cool on the stove, and the ProCoat coating releases a hollandaise without a whisper of sticking. Made a bechamel last night with zero whisking panic because nothing grabbed the bottom. The graphite color looks sharp hanging on my pot rack too. Hand washes in thirty seconds. This is what cooking should feel like.
You can feel the difference from the first lift. Even heating on my induction cooktop, snug glass lid, and the nonstick genuinely performs. My third Made In piece and they're all keepers.
Great saucepan, no regrets. The lid handle gets hotter than I expected so keep a towel handy. Otherwise flawless for sauces, grains, and reheating.
Nothing sticks. Ever. Buy it.
My 15-year-old nonstick finally flaked and I'm glad it did, because it led me here. This pan is on another level — heavier, smoother, and the food actually tastes better when sauces don't scorch in spots. Cleaned risotto residue with a damp paper towel. Genuinely impressed.
It's a good pan. Even heat, decent nonstick so far, nice lid. But even on sale I'm not sure it outperforms pans costing half as much. Happy enough, just not wowed.
Oatmeal in the morning, quinoa at night, and not once has anything glued itself to the bottom. The 2-quart size is exactly right for our household of two. The stay-cool handle is the detail I didn't know I needed.
Bought it during the sale and it's become the most-used pan in my kitchen. Even heating on induction, easy cleanup, comfortable grip. One star off because I wish the lid were glass so I could peek without releasing steam.
