I bought this mainly for the griddle but the lid has been a game changer for melting cheese and steaming vegetables on the cooktop. Seasoning took two rounds on the stove and it's already developed a beautiful dark patina. The grill tools feel solid, not like the flimsy freebies you get elsewhere. For $95 this bundle is honestly absurd value.

Fair warning: 4mm carbon steel is heavy. But that mass is exactly why it sears steaks with a crust my cast iron never managed. Cleanup is just a scrape and a wipe.

Took me a few cooks to get the seasoning right and learn the heat management, but once I did, pancakes and fajitas came out perfectly. The bundled tools are genuinely useful.

No complaints about performance — it cooks beautifully once seasoned. But the seasoning process took me three attempts before it stopped sticking, and it does require regular upkeep to prevent rust. If you're willing to put in the work, it's great. Just don't expect nonstick out of the box.

Cooks fantastically and the price was unbeatable. Docked a star because the griddle is a two-hand lift on my stove and the handle gets hot faster than I expected.

Followed the seasoning instructions but mine developed a slight warp after a very high-heat sear session, so it spins a bit on my glass stovetop. Customer service was responsive, though, which softened the disappointment. Works fine on lower heat.
