Baker's Secret Superb Non-Stick Aluminized Steel 12-Cup Muffin Pan

The aluminized steel really does distribute heat like commercial pans do. My blueberry muffins rise evenly with beautiful domed tops, and they release without paper liners when I grease lightly. Twelve cups means one batch covers the whole family. I've baked at least twenty pans' worth since buying and the coating shows zero wear.

Bakes evenly and releases well. It's heavier than my old aluminum pan, which tells you it's built sturdily, but be careful pulling it out of the oven with a full tray. No regrets though.

Loved it at first, but after about six weeks of weekly use I found a chip in the coating in one of the center cups. I only used silicone utensils and hand-washed it. Expected better durability at this price point.
