This thing has replaced about six pieces of cookware in my kitchen. I sear chicken thighs, braise them with vegetables, steam rice in the steamer insert, and the whole dinner happens in one vessel. The ILAG ceramic nonstick is legitimately impressive — even sticky rice and caramelized onions release without a fight. Cleanup is a 30-second rinse. At half off, this was one of the best kitchen purchases I've made in years.

The 5-quart capacity handles my family of five's weeknight dinners easily. I love that I can brown meat, add liquid, and simmer all in the same pan — fewer dishes is always a win. The glass lid fits snugly and the steamer basket works well for dumplings and veggies. My only note is that it's heavy when fully loaded, so plan your stovetop space accordingly.

Performance is genuinely good — the nonstick works well and it heats evenly. But this is a BIG pan. On my standard 30-inch range it overhangs the burner, and storage is a challenge since it doesn't nest with anything else in my cabinets. If you have the room and cook for a crowd, go for it. For smaller households, think it through first.

I've cooked pasta, curry, shakshuka, and a whole braised pork shoulder in this thing over the past month. Nothing has stuck. Nothing has scorched. The ceramic interior still looks brand new.

For under fifty dollars you get the jumbo cooker plus steamer and a few handy accessories. I'm 60 and have owned a lot of cookware over the decades, and the quality here reminds me of sets that cost three times as much. Heats evenly on my electric stove, cleans up beautifully, and the deep sides mean no more boiling over. The lid knob gets warm, hence four stars, but that's my only gripe.
