I use this probably four times a week for everything from fried rice to sauteed greens. Nothing sticks with a little oil. The 11-inch size is generous without being hard to handle. Handle has some flex under a very full pan but nothing concerning.

Was skeptical a nonstick could do real stir-fry, but this gets hot enough for proper sear on thin beef. Veggies keep their crunch. Cleanup is honestly the best part.

Loved it for the first several months — great release, easy cleanup. The coating is starting to lose a bit of its slickness now around month seven with near-daily use. Still works fine with oil. Decent but not immortal.

Great nonstick, nice deep sides for tossing. Only gripe is the exterior shows scorch marks on my gas stove's high flames. Interior still perfect though.

Started great, but within two months food began sticking and the ceramic surface dulled. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I expected more. Returning it.
