Peppers, zucchini, mushrooms — all get nice char marks and don't fall through. Stainless cleans up well even after sticky marinades. Wish the pans were a touch deeper but I'm happy overall.

Performance is fine but stuck-on marinade in the perforations is a real pain to scrub out. Soaking helps but not enough. Might stick to foil next time.
