Made In University of Florida Grill Press – Officially Licensed Stainless Steel Press for Crispier Edges and Better Searing

This press makes the crispiest smashburger edges I've ever gotten at home. Heavy, well-made stainless with the logo front and center. Every tailgate I bring it to, someone asks where I got it.

Preheats well and delivers an even press. The sear on my burgers is noticeably better. Small gripe: the handle needs the silicone sleeve for hot use, but that's minor. Proud to fly the Gators colors at the grill.

Usually licensed merch is a cheap stamp on a mediocre product. Not this one. The stainless is thick, the weight is perfect for smashing patties thin, and the flat face gives full contact for that crispy lacy edge. I've also used it to press bacon and grill cheese sandwiches. It wipes clean easily and shows no rust after a full season of use. This will outlast my grill.

Gets steak contact-sear level results on the flat top. Excellent buy on sale.

The press itself performs great, crispy edges and faster cooking for sure. It's a bit smaller than I pictured, so it covers a single patty at a time. Also the handle heats up, so grab a mitt. Still a good product overall.

I've tried cast iron presses before and this stainless one beats them all. It holds heat evenly and the whole face makes contact with no wobble. My burgers cook in half the time and the sear is restaurant quality. The officially licensed detail is a nice touch for game days in the Swamp. Zero regrets.

The press itself would be five stars, but mine arrived with the packaging crushed and a dent on the edge. Replacement is on the way, so no complaints about support, just the shipping condition.
