The rounded cornerless bottom isn't marketing fluff — a whisk reaches every millimeter and my béarnaise and beurre blanc have never been smoother. Heats evenly, feels substantial, looks beautiful hanging on the rail.

Craftsmanship is excellent and sauces come out flawless. My only nit is that the two sizes are closer than I'd like — often reach for one and the other sits. Still, at this sale price, no real complaints.
