The rounded bottom and wide base make whisking a roux or reducing a pan sauce genuinely easy. Nothing sticks, cleanup is a rinse, and it heats evenly on my induction range.
Eggs, sauces, rice — flawless every time.
Been using this almost daily for three months now. Heats fast, the nonstick is holding up well with proper care, and the lid fits snugly. I do baby my nonstick anyway, but even my husband has accidentally used metal tongs in it once with no visible damage. Only small gripe is the handle gets a touch warm on long simmers with a gas flame lapping the sides.
I hesitated at the sale price thinking it was too good to be true. It isn't. This pan cooks like cookware four times the cost. Risotto is my new party trick.
It's a nice pan — heats evenly, well made, looks professional. But it's smaller than I pictured for some reason, and nonstick is nonstick, meaning I still treat it gently. For sauces and grains it's excellent, just don't expect a do-everything workhorse.
I make caramel and beurre blanc constantly and this is the best vessel I've ever used for both. The pour spouts on the rolled rim are cleaner than my All-Clad. Ordered a second one so I never have to wait for the first to cool.
Truly great saucier. Note the handle is stainless so it can warm up, but the 5-ply construction means even heating that makes temp control simple. Would buy again.
Loved this pan for the first two months. Then I noticed small bubbles near the base of the coating despite never exceeding medium heat. Customer service was responsive, but disappointing for a premium brand. May just have been a defective one.
Some of my pans just don't play well with induction but this one is superb — instant response to power changes, no hot spots, and the ProCoat releases scrambled eggs like a dream. The graphite color also looks sharp on the open shelf.
Bought one for myself, loved it, and have now gifted it to my sister and my neighbor. Both texted me photos of their cooking. That says it all.
I cook for two mostly, so the 3 QT size is ideal for soups, sauces, and small pasta portions. Craftsmanship feels Italian — heavy lid, comfortable handle, flawless finish. Docking one star only because I'd love this same design in a 4 QT for bigger batches.
Every sauce I've made in this has come out silky. Nonstick performance is legitimately pro-level and cleaning takes thirty seconds. One of the best kitchen purchases I've made.
