My first Global knives and I'm impressed. The chef knife glides through vegetables like they're not there. This was a big purchase for me but at this discount it felt justified, and the quality confirms it. The one-piece steel construction is so easy to keep clean.

I have small hands and wrist issues, so the lightweight Global design is perfect for me. Prepping a week of vegetables no longer tires me out. Very sharp and holding the edge well after two months.
