The Baker's Secret French Wreath 9" Non-Stick Cast Aluminum Fluted Tube Pan is a heavy-gauge decorative tube pan with 9.7-cup capacity for wreath cakes, bundts, and angel food. Best for bakers who want elegant presentation with reliable release, it's $14.95 — buy online now and save 50% off the $29.90 list price.
Fill with 8–9 cups of batter, leaving about 1 inch of headspace. The pan's total capacity is 9.7 cups (9.4" x 9.4" x 3.9"); overfilling risks overflow into the fluted details, so stop short of the rim.
Yes — overfilled batter creeps into the wreath pattern and can spill. Keep batter 1 inch below the rim for clean fluted edges.
The double-layer, scratch-resistant non-stick coating releases cleanly. Grease the fluted crevices with butter and a flour dusting for extra insurance, cool 10–15 minutes, then invert onto a rack — the wreath pattern lifts off intact.
The fluted channels hold glaze beautifully: drizzle vanilla or lemon glaze into the grooves, dust with powdered sugar, or brush with warm apricot jam for shine.
Cast aluminum conducts heat evenly for uniform browning across the fluted pattern — outperforming thin stamped bundt pans that bake unevenly. Premium cast bundt pans run $30–40; this one delivers the same material and double coating at $14.95.

This pan makes the most beautiful wreath cakes — my lemon bundt came out with crisp, defined ridges and not one speck stuck to the pan. The cast aluminum distributes heat beautifully so there's no over-browning on the outside. I've made four cakes in two weeks and every guest asks where I got it. Worth every penny even at full price.
The fluted design produces a gorgeous presentation with minimal effort. Non-stick coating releases cakes cleanly if you grease it lightly. It's a bit heavy to handle, which is the nature of cast aluminum, but that heft means even baking. Happy with the purchase.
Purchased this to make a festive wreath cake for Christmas and now I use it for coffee cakes and pound cakes constantly. The 9.7-cup capacity fits all my standard bundt recipes without overflow. Every cake releases in one clean piece. My mother-in-law was so impressed she ordered one too.
The cakes look stunning when they come out right. My first two attempts stuck a little in the detailed crevices even with greasing — you really need to get butter into every flute. Once I got the technique down, results improved a lot. Patience required.
I've been baking for over fifty years and this is the nicest tube pan I've owned. Light enough to lift with one hand, yet bakes evenly all the way through. The wreath shape gets oohs and aahs at church potlucks. Wonderful pan.
First cake released beautifully. The second one stuck badly in the grooves despite greasing thoroughly, and part of the coating seemed to lift with it. Maybe I got a defective pan, but it's frustrating. Downgraded from 4 stars.
Makes impressive desserts that look far more complicated than they are. Heats evenly, releases well, cleans up easily. Heavy but that's expected from cast aluminum. Good value at 50% off.
Every cake comes out picture-perfect. Best bundt pan I've ever used.
