Baked my first Bundt in this pan and it slid out in one piece, no sticking at all. The heavy cast aluminum browns evenly and the fluted pattern shows up beautifully. Worth every penny.

The coating really does release cakes cleanly and the pan feels sturdy, not flimsy like my old one. Only complaint is that it's a bit heavy for me to handle with one hand, but the results are excellent.
